About the opportunity
The Graphic Designer supports the development and delivery of creative visual communications across digital and print channels for InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders. Working closely with the Communications Lead and Digital Marketing Officer, the role contributes to the design and production of branded marketing materials, social media content, campaign assets, publications, and internal and external communications. The position helps ensure all creative outputs are visually engaging, accessible, aligned with brand guidelines, and support the InsideOut’s strategic objectives.
The Graphic Designer works under general supervision and guidance from the Communications Lead, undertaking design tasks in accordance with agreed priorities, brand guidelines, and project requirements. The role exercises judgement in applying established design principles and selecting appropriate visual solutions to meet communication objectives. The incumbent is responsible for managing their workload, prioritising competing deadlines, and resolving routine design-related matters within their area of responsibility. More complex creative, strategic, or brand-related decisions are referred to the Communications Lead for direction and approval.
