Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic Graphic Designer on a contract/temporary basis with the potential of a full-time role. Our initial requirement is 15-20 hours per week. You will help to deliver great work across a wide variety of clients.

We are a boutique marketing, design and digital agency with offices in Perth and Melbourne. Established in 2005, our mission has remained unchanged to help businesses grow and prosper using a mix of strategy, design, and digital development. 

Outline

• Creation of Brochures, Annual Reports, websites (front-end design), editorial layout, and corporate and promotional materials for a wide variety of clients.
• Experience in applying brand identities to various media, including print and digital projects.
• Expanding on existing corporate style guides to enhance clients' brands.

Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• A minumum of 2-3 years of experience in an agency, studio, or similar environment.
• Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and deadline orientated.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac environment – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Excellent design skills and ability to adapt design styles, and consistently apply branded style guides.
• Working from concept through to execution and finished art.
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven ability to think creatively and strategically on behalf of clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with additional knowledge of Excel.
• Effectively work within a multidisciplinary and digitally focussed team.
• Be capable of taking design directives and briefs from the Creative Director and Account Services team.

• has a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
• agency experience is desirable but not essential
