About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching visual identities for brands that stand out in the competitive real estate market. 
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to craft high-quality graphics and branded materials.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth project execution, and report progress to the design team manager and the onboarding managers.  
• Solve problems proactively to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Work amongst a collaborative team environment, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

About You

You are a creative and organised individual with a passion for brand identity design and an eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your skills and contribute to the success of boutique branded real estate businesses.

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand identity preferred.
• Proven experience in print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fun-loving attitude, willingness to learn and passion for design.
