Position Summary:
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for adventure? Experience Co is on the hunt for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our vibrant marketing team. This full-time hybrid role, based in Wollongong, will have you at the forefront of creating captivating marketing materials for all Experience Co businesses and brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Dive into exciting brand development and re-branding projects, working closely with our marketing team across multiple Experience Co brands. Bring your creativity to life by crafting stunning designs for digital, websites, social media platforms, print advertising, video and marketing collateral. In addition, design eye-catching animations for social media, video and websites and retouch images to perfection, while juggling priorities, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent and at least 5 years of graphic design experience. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential; Lightroom skills are a bonus. Your portfolio should showcase your exceptional visual design skills. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong project and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A love for adventure tourism will set you apart.
