Role Overview

Full Time (part time option to the right candidate)

We are looking for a full-time (part-time option to the right candidate) graphic designer to work with our existing design and marketing team on a diverse range of projects incorporating tender submissions, branding, marketing campaigns, corporate communication, presentations and more. The role will provide the opportunity to work within a creative team as well as give the creative freedom to develop and execute your own ideas. We are looking for someone to add the polish to a great foundation.  

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and implementation of two key areas - Tender/EOI submissions & Marketing/Communications

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

BluBuilt is seeking a creative thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  

 This role requires experience with social media, website management, digital marketing etc. and outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in content creation. 

Tertiary qualifications are preferred in Marketing/Communications or Graphic Design and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their proficiency in graphic design, branding, and visual communication and display experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Etc.).

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Tender & EOI submissions
• Branding, Brand awareness and consistency across all aspects of BluBuilt.
• Digital marketing campaigns/material – Case studies, capability statements, brochures etc.
• Social media presence
• Website development
