Graphic Designer (Midweight) Digital Marketing - Urgent

We are seeking a creative, committed, and organised multi-skilled Graphic Designer to join our energetic team in developing cutting-edge and engaging print and digital solutions.  You will also be creating & scheduling social media & EDM content along with website updates.

About Us:

Specialists in retail marketing consultancy. Managing the full marketing function for a variety of clients in the shopping centre industry. We are a very driven and fast-paced environment - 2 days are never the same or mundane.

About the Role:

We are seeking a multi-talented and motivated Graphic Designer who will be responsible for generating artwork to support all retail marketing campaigns with print, digital and signage solutions. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers to also to assist in the delivery of variety of digital solutions for our clients.

Additional projects include brand development, large format signage layouts, corporate document designs, website design and assistance with copy writing, along with any general design / digital needs our clients require. 

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a Graphic Designer all-rounder with a keen interest in digital marketing. You must have a can-do attitude and be passionate and skilled when it comes to all things design. You are prepared to share your knowledge and experience and happy to collaborate with your colleagues to develop ideas into worthwhile and relevant strategic marketing campaigns.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
• Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design and proficient in the Adobe Design Suite (Mac).
• Think creatively and logically to develop concepts and content for digital platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Highly motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising design and attention to detail.
• Actively seek out new ideas and contribute to the generation of effective marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with the MS Office Suite
• A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.

Tasks & duties:

• Accept and manage creative briefs and direction from concept to completion. Following corporate guidelines when required.
• Format, setup and export design files for print production.
• Creating captivating artwork and content for variety of social platforms. Executions will include social posts with accompanying copy, stories, and reels.
• Managing Wordpress websites using CSS and HTML knowledge to update and troubleshoot. Along with website maintenance and minor aesthetic improvements when required.
• Provide support to our Marketing Managers by maintaining client websites, social media pages and generating regular EDM's.
• Support Marketing Managers in client meetings, site visits, delivery of marketing campaigns/events. 

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience in professional photography & editing (e.g. Lightroom)
• Familiar with and willing to master Adobe Aero to design interactive augmented reality experiences.
• Web development experience.

This is a full time position 5 Days per week 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am to 3.00pm on Friday working from our Office / Studio at Coorparoo Square.
