What can you expect during the Greencross Graduate Program? 

• 18-month Graduate Development Program: Build on your day one competencies to continue learning and developing through structured modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements. 

• Diverse opportunities: Choose clinical placements that align with your interests with options including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international & charitable placements through the Petbarn Foundation. 

• Join a group of peers: enjoy the camaraderie and support that comes from being part of the Greencross Graduate Development Program cohort, our graduates are encouraged to network allowing you to exchange ideas and experiences with your peers. This is a great way to feel less alone and isolated as you take the leap into clinical practice. 

• Clinical symposium: You will be invited to attend our Greencross Clinical Conference. Held every October this is Australia’s largest annual, veterinary clinical symposium. 

• Mentoring: you will have a dedicated mentor to ensure you are comfortable, with full support from your experienced in-clinic team, plus your Regional Clinical Director who will be by your side throughout your entire career with us - which we hope will be for many years! 

• Career development: Upon completion of the program explore pathways into leadership, business ownership, memberships and specialty opportunities, as you’ll have the foundations - Greencross Vets Graduate Program sets you up for success!
