About the role

This full-time position is expected to commence in January 2026.

Join our growing Maintenance Team and help support our school as we continue to expand and develop our site for the future. We are seeking a motivated and engaged team player to help enhance our school grounds and gardens, support minor renovations in our classrooms and help progress our Agriculture program for our learning community. If you enjoy working with your hands and effecting positive change in a supportive, Christ centred environment this opportunity may suit you!

Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance.
• Classroom repairs.
• Site safety.
• Equipment and tool management.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with our students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate general tasks and project work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A genuine person with a passion for working with children.
• Valid driver's licence (willingness to obtain MR driver's licence, with costs covered by the school, is desirable).
• Skills or experience with a relevant trade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
