Group Manager - HSEC

To support our commitment to a high standard of safety and environmental compliance, we are now taking applications for a Group Manager - HSEC to lead the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance Compliance (HSEC) portfolio on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Group Manager - HSEC is responsible for providing management, guidance and expertise to the Executive Management Team, and implementing, where necessary, reporting improvements in sustainable health, safety, environmental and quality assurance compliance (HSEC). This role provides advice to support and maintain a safe and healthy workplace and for adherence to company policies, legislation and regulations, and aviation standards.

Are you capable of:

• Developing and delivering strategies;
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance;
• Managing and maintaining systems;
• Managing Quality Assurance;
• Managing external stakeholders and contractors and their scope of works;
• Providing leadership to a team; and
• Coordinating environmental related requirements of an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Framework?
