Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.
About You
You will have a passion for creating brand fame, travel and storytelling, have relevant marketing & communication qualifications and previous communications or public relations experience within a large multi-brand or hybrid organisation and/or customer-facing travel and leisure brand.
You will be familiar working with media monitoring platforms/providers and have an extensive contact book of consumer and travel journalists and producers with Australia’s major broadcasters and publishers.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus an unrivalled eye for detail is a must, along with strong people skills and ability to form close working and professional relationships.

About The Role
A newly created role, as the GM Communications you will be the strategic lead for all PR Communications and Content Marketing across the portfolio of businesses within the Journey Beyond Group.
The ultimate objective is to drive innovative communication initiatives building a positive and world-class brand positioning for the group brand, individual brands for all stakeholders of all businesses. In shaping public opinion of Journey Beyond and its brands, this role will lead content plans across all media platforms, from innovative brand activations and integrations, press releases, brand awareness content, brand fame events, specific marketing campaigns, social media editorial content and general communique.
