Description

This Group Venue Manager is to be responsible for the successful management of the total operations.

This involves meeting both the needs of the client and delivering the service and quality of the clients brand whilst achieving financial targets. 

This position is to gain the respect and confidence of all internal and external key stakeholders, to lead and manage the total operation with an outstanding service delivery model, company growth and commercial profitability. 

This role is also to develop the offer and service adapting to the local clientele needs as well as creating new, innovative ideas which leads to revenue growth and ultimately improving the profitability of the account.  This is to lead, develop and innovate retail offer to ensure the offer is on trend and seen as a market leader in food and beverage concepts and presentation to increase client engagement.
