About the Role

The Growth and Partner Community Lead plays a key role in building and growing a high-performing installer network within the SolarQuotes ecosystem. This role focuses on recruiting, engaging and supporting installer partners to drive a consistent flow of high-quality customer leads into the Electrify team and support growth across Electricity, Gas and VPP products.You’ll spend significant time building trusted relationships with installers, activating a strong partner community, and translating installer feedback into meaningful improvements across products, processes and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and grow a high-performing installer network within the Solar Quotes ecosystem


• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, acting as a key point of contact for engagement and support


• Engage directly with installers to understand their business needs, pain points and opportunities to improve lead volume and quality


• Drive installer engagement and community activation through webinars, forums, roadshows and events


• Gather installer feedback and provide insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement


• Track and report on installer recruitment, engagement and contribution to lead generation outcomes
  

About You

You’re a strong relationship builder who enjoys working externally with partners and internally across teams to drive growth. You’re commercially minded, comfortable influencing without authority, and motivated by creating win-win outcomes for partners and the business.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in partner management, business development, account management or community engagement


• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with external partnersStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


• A commercial mindset with an understanding of how partner activity drives leads and growth


• Experience delivering engagement initiatives such as events, webinars or forums


• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
