About the Opportunity:

The Growth Lead – Content, Community & Events is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving OKX Australia’s brand visibility, community engagement, cultural relevance, and public narrative.

This role owns the strategic execution of OKX’s content, community, influencer, PR, events, and brand marketing channels—ensuring OKX becomes the most visible, trusted, and culturally integrated digital asset platform in Australia.

You will lead the top and mid-funnel growth strategy, working in close partnership with the Growth Lead – Performance to ensure storytelling, influence, and community activation drive measurable business outcomes.

This is more than a brand role—it’s a movement-building mandate. You will shape the public narrative, build local loyalty, and ensure OKX becomes the most trusted and talked-about digital asset platform in the country.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivery of the Core Pillars as outlined below:

Content Strategy & Editorial Ownership

Social Media Growth & Engagement

Influencer & Ambassador Program Leadership

Community Growth & OKX Advocacy Program

Events & Experiential Marketing

PR Strategy & Agency Management

Brand Visibility & Sponsorship Activation

Requirements:

Relevant experience preferably in tech or fintech industry with strong experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record of supporting scaling businesses

Possess strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, keen to take on new challenges and has ownership of their regional scope

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas

Strong networks within the industry to

Crypto native - passionate about blockchain and crypto
