Let’s talk about this role
As a key driver of growth for Kynd, you'll play a vital role in building brand awareness, developing engaging digital advertising and content, and embedding Kynd into promotional touchpoints. You will drive Kynd’s expansion through many activities but focus on digital and automated channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications – nib Thrive, you’ll work to embed Kynd into the nib Thrive digital solution, with support from marketing colleagues and Kynd’s own SMEs.

As owner of the marketing function for Kynd, this position offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with the chance to experiment and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Execute strategies and activity to increase awareness and users for Kynd’s platform.

  • Collaborate with Kynd’s team on website and landing pages to maximise conversions

  • Deploy a marketing plan using your areas of knowledge, such as direct response, database marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, social media, Facebook, google and SEO.

  • Build automated journeys to take people from awareness to activation, and revenue.

  • Utilise data driven insights to constantly refine, redesign and reimagine Kynd’s marketing.

  • Ensure communication, content and Kynd collateral remains on brand and compliant.

  • Actively progress projects to integrate Kynd into internal touch points and channels.

Let’s talk about you

Some skills and experience that will set you up for success include:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. ​​

  • Ability to work in cross-functional team and motivate others to deliver desired outcomes.

  • Hands-on performance marketing experience, including setting up and managing campaigns on platforms like email, social media and web, including Meta, Google and similar channels.

  • Experience building targeted communication journeys with automated marketing systems.

  • Ability to draft and deploy copy for online ads, newsletters, internal posts and promotions.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both internal and external providers / suppliers.

  • Proven project management skills to prioritise and deliver on incoming requests, modify timelines, request additional materials and prioritise activities across multiple channels.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience working in a diverse and fast-paced environment. That may include digital marketing agencies, start-ups, or similar roles where you contributed to high-volume direct marketing. You’ll need to be hungry to own the marketing from Kynd and execute daily activities!
