Key requirements

• Strong experience in General Insurance Property Claims
• Strong technical capability and sound judgement
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and insurance practices
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret complex information and act decisively
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ANZIIF / ACLA qualifications (preferred)
