Job Description

At Avani Adelaide Residences, we pride ourselves on creating memorable stays by delivering seamless service across every touchpoint. We're looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part of our boutique hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
  • Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining
  • Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
  • Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area
  • Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous hospitality experience across front office and/or F&B (preferred)
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
  • RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
