Guest Service Agent - FT & PT - Innovative Company

Evolution Apartments, located in the Brisbane CBD, comprising of over 100, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments, with outstanding views of the Brisbane River and surrounds is currently seeking professional, motivated Guest Service Agent - Full Time or Part Time to join an energetic Front Office Team.

Reporting to directly the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:

• The smooth functioning of reception on a day to day basis during your shift
• Conducting guest arrivals and departures
• Handling all guest inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining accurate guest accounts
• Reservations
• Working with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance issues have been rectified.
• Night Audit work may also be required.
• Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operation for arriving and in house guests.

To be successful in the role you must poses:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4 star Hotel or Apartments
• Exceptional grooming and presentation
• Outstanding organizational & time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive and passionate attitude towards to customer service
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Previous REI Master experience is preferred but not essential
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work on a rotating roster including afternoons, weekends and public holidays.
