Guest Service Agent - Full Time - Growth-Minded Organization

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. The role will report to the Front Office Manager.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage the check in and check out process, registration and room assignment, ensuring guests need and preferences are met
• Ensure the correct handling of cash and credit card information
• Pro-actively assist the hotel team in solving any guest issues or complaints, by using initiative and endeavoring not to leave it for the next shift
• Report any workplace injuries immediately and participate actively in any return-to-work program necessary. 
• Use upselling as a means of helping the guest have a better experience

Ideally you will have:

• Experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar preferably from a Hotel background
• Previous experience with Opera preferable 
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• A guest service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Proficient in oral and written communication, excellent background in customer service.
• RSA is essential
