The Venue
Holiday Inn Warwick Farm includes 146 hotel rooms boasting a modern and spacious feel, a 90 seat a la carte restaurant and boutique bar, fully equipped gym and outdoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art grand ballroom and a 1000 people capacity event exhibition centre.
Adjoining to the hotel is our award-winning pub - The Warwick, which boasts an open plan kitchen, wood fired pizza oven, sports bar, beer garden, VIP lounge and bottle shop.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Service Agents. We have both full-time and casual positions available to accommodate different schedules and lifestyles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Utilising the hotel's property management system to process bookings and updates.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front desk area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
