View Brisbane is located on the corner of Sir Kingsford Smith Drive and Hunt Street. The hotel has 90 guest rooms, Plates restaurants and Bar, Chester’s Bar, and 6 meeting spaces that can cater up to 130 pax.

View Brisbane is currently seeking a Casual Guest Service / Reservations Agent to be part of the Front Office Team

As part of our Front Office Team, we have a Casual position for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

The role of the Guest Service Agent / Reservations is to deliver an unforgettable service experience to our guests whilst delivering personal touches.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling of both incoming and internal hotel calls from both guests and residents, with responsibility for owning each guest query and coordination of hotel services to meet guest needs;
• Handling of reservations overflow and after hours calls;
• Liaison with Front Office Manager and Concierge teams ensuring the efficient delivery of services to hotel guests.
• Use of the hotel-based computer system

To be a successful candidate:

• A passion for guest service and the desire to work in a four and half-star hotel environment;
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
• The ability to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends;
• Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
• The ability to think on your feet and solutions focused approach to problem solving;
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
