We are seeking a motivated and dependable Full -time Handyperson to support our Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the hotel’s facilities, helping to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for both our guests and team member

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of basic maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
• Ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces are consistently maintained in excellent condition.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, requesting replenishments as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special events, room reconfigurations, and other projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize and address urgent maintenance needs.

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
• A self-motivated, proactive individual who is punctual and reliable.
• Skilled in operating a variety of equipment and hand tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts as required.
