We are currently seeking several casual Maintenance Handyman to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms, public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property
• Maintain daily work records and service schedule
• Monday to Sunday Roster of 16 hours, with potential to increase  
• Pay rate $32.25ph Monday-Friday with award rates on weekends 

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• Must have experience in pool maintenance
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications.
