We’re looking for skilled and motivated Local Heavy Combination Drivers to join our Melbourne team located at Altona. You’ll be responsible for picking up and returning 20, 40 & 48 foot containers from the rail terminal and delivering to and from our depot or direct to the customer. Also will be doing local metro PUD with a tautliner trailer. No long haul fatigue just a steady, full time role where your expertise is valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• HC Licence: Auto or Unlimited HC licence with at least 2 years' experience driving, loading, and unloading.
• Skel Trailer & Container Experience: Comfortable handling 20ft, 40 and predominantly 48 Foot containers and reversing trailers confidently in tight spaces.
• Transport Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Melbourne Metro routes and an understanding of rail/container logistics.
• Safety First Attitude: Understanding and practice of Workplace Health & Safety and transport industry safety procedures.
• Rail Pin / Clearance (Desirable): If you already have a rail pin or clearance, it’s a bonus!
• Pre-employment Checks: Willing to provide a driving record, police check, and complete a pre employment medical which will include drug and alcohol testing
