The Role

If you’re an operator who knows your way around a truck & dog, can float gear without drama, and actually gives a shit about doing a clean job, this is the gig for you.

No babysitting, no chaos, no busted old trucks. Just solid work with a crew that turns up and gets it done.

AGS Civil is known for three things: Show up. Do it right. Look after your crew. Simple.

You’ll be running in a fresh fleet on steady hours (10–11 hours a day), doing a mix of:

• Truck & dog work – carting dirt, rock, road base

• Floating gear – machines between jobs (excavators, posis, ect)

• Body work – general civil cartage

• Keeping your truck clean, safe, and ready to roll

WHAT YOU NEED

• HC licence

• Truck & dog experience

• Can float gear without making it an event

• White Card
