You will oversee the entire culinary operation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity and consistency across all venues. From menu development and kitchen management to team leadership and guest satisfaction, you will lead by example, inspiring excellence with your team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury hospitality environment, with a track record of culinary excellence and innovation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Develop innovative and enticing menus tailored to each venue's unique concept, utilizing premium ingredients and culinary techniques to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
• Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, optimizing workflow, inventory control and cost management.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to drive business objectives, exceed guest expectations, and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, culinary innovations, and market demands to remain at the forefront of the luxury hospitality sector.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications preferred.
