About the Role.

This is a hands on leadership role, we are looking for an experienced senior chef with the expertise to manage the creativity side of the operation. In particular we are looking for experience within events and restaurants. The venue is a tourist destination with a strong trading event business.

We are looking for an Head Chef with exceptional organisational abilities. Someone who can identify opportunities within the venues outlets and be creative in their approach to menu development.
Ideally we would look at someone with hotel experience at a senior level along with event or catering experience to ensure success in the role.
