About the role
The Head Chef at The Boathouse Hotel Patonga is a Full Time role that is responsible for all daily operations of the kitchen from procurement and food preparation to quality control and team leadership, ensuring high quality food is delivered to our guests. In this role you will:

To be the perfect addition to The Boathouse Hotel Patonga, you will have 5 years prior experience as a Head Chef in a high paced, high volume environment where you’ve used your good time management skills, excellent leadership and the ability to work under pressure. You’ll also be:
