Job Description:
We are looking for a switched on, driven, hardworking Head Chef to bring the food to life in our venue. The Head Chef will be responsible for the A La Carte, day-to-day events, corporate book-outs and weddings. They must champion local suppliers and produce, be creative with food while still managing their staff and kitchen operations accordingly.
They will inspire and motivate their kitchen team and ensure every customer leaves with a smile on their face. They will be responsible for the food from conception through to execution, ensuring they are suitably organised, the team are working in unison and rostered appropriately, ordering and expenses are in line.
