Head Chef - Urgent Hiring

The Broken Hill Musicians Club is looking for a full-time Head Chef to join our team. 

The Broken Hill Musicians Club which has now expanded to include the iconic Silver City Cinema and soon to commence $5.5 million refurbishment is looking for our next superstar senior member of our fantastic team. 

The Club includes 5000 plus members, 103 EGM's, 3 functions rooms, 130 seat restaurant and $10 million revenue per year. The Club also owns and operates the iconic Silver City Cinema a 350-seat art-deco masterpiece. 

This Club might be remote, but it is NOT small!

About You

• A highly organised professional with proven experience managing a large kitchen in the hotel, club, or hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A strong work ethic with a love for what you do.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience managing a large kitchen and team.
• Menu design and costing.
• Own the kitchen as your own, we want you to put your mark on it.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional food safety compliance and a current Food Safety Certificate.
