As the Head of Agile Delivery Optimisation , you will be the driving force behind Qantas Loyalty's pursuit of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You'll act as the Agile Methodology subject matter expert, championing and scaling Agile practices across the entire Loyalty business. Your primary focus will be on optimising the intricate web of interconnected systems and processes within Qantas Loyalty. This role demands strategic thought leadership, creative problem-solving, and a proven track record of enterprise-level agile optimisation.
The role manages a team of 5 portfolio delivery managers and 20 delivery mangers who define project scopes and manage timelines effectively across the ecosystem. Risk management and team leadership skills are integral, with a focus on mentoring, guiding the team, and contributing to the broader Leadership team. As a strategic leader, the Head of Agile Delivery Optimisation plays a critical role in achieving Qantas Loyalty's customer, commercial and people targets.
