Reporting to Chief Operations Officer, you will have five direct reports and oversee the performance of 53 talented individuals across four essential teams: Marketplace, Employed Workforce, Rostering, Workforce Supply, and Fleet. Your focus is to ensure the seamless delivery of services that exceeds Members' expectations using your strategic vision and operational expertise.

The Challenges of the role are to

• Be an inspiring visionary leader who motivates your team to achieve greatness.
• Use your knowledge of the Aged Care sector, particularly the Commonwealth Home Support Program, to drive strategic success.
• Make data-driven decisions by analysing the data to design effective plans and make timely decisions.
• Bring an entrepreneurial business owner’s mindset by thinking and acting like a business owner to drive change and growth.

About You:
Your career is a combination of significant operational and senior leadership experience within a customer-centric operations. You have used your tertiary qualifications in either the Health, Aged Care, NDIS or Logistics sectors and know how to devise and implement strategic operational plans. Your proactive, problem-solving attitude allows you to drive large cross-business projects using innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and optimise processes. Your natural leadership style aligns with FGF’s values and mission and will assist in planning how to enhance the Helper supply and their skills to meet the ambitious growth strategy. The building of strong, lasting relationships with subcontractors and suppliers is your forte and you understand the critical importance of compliance with all regulations and standards.
