Now we’re entering our next phase of growth and we’re looking for a senior commercial leader to help drive it.
The Opportunity
This role is about new logos, revenue growth, and market presence. You’ll be the front door to Intelligen for new clients; opening doors, shaping conversations, and converting complex data and AI challenges into long-term partnerships.

We’re looking for a leader to own new business acquisition across Melbourne and Sydney. Your sole commercial focus in year one will be delivering high revenue targets, primarily through new client logos.
You won’t be inheriting a large sales team or existing pipeline, this is a hands-on, front-line role suited to someone who enjoys building momentum from the ground up.
While you won’t be formally managing a team initially, you’ll play a mentorship role for other team members; helping lift capability, shape behaviours, and set the standard for how we engage the market.
This role will naturally evolve into a broader leadership position as the business scales.
