Job Description
The Head of Delivery and Solutions will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of the product roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions to customers. This role involves working closely with the Founders and the executive team to drive product delivery and solutions for complex customer needs. Over time, this role will scale to include overseeing product delivery, solutions architects, and other delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Execution:
- Collaborate with the Founders and executive team to execute the product roadmap.
- Ensure alignment of product delivery with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Track progress against roadmap milestones and adjust plans as necessary.
Customer Solutions:
- Act as a key point of contact for complex customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Technology Program Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of technology programs, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology programs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Scale the role to include overseeing product delivery teams, solutions architects, and other delivery functions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing complex customer solutions and technology programs.
- Strong understanding of technology program management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
