Job Overview:

As the Enterprise Architect Manager , you will be responsible for leading the strategy for the organisation. You will play a key role in aligning our technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in all aspects of our IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture, team management, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies. Key for this role is the influencing and ability to cohesively pull up a strategy from the existing technology leaders into a workable plan.  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business goals, encompassing a well-defined reference architecture.
• Define and implement end-to-end strategies that address the entire technology landscape, from conceptualization to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Digital Transformation:
  
  • Lead the digital transformation efforts by leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and business units, to understand their needs and translate them into effective enterprise solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Standards and Best Practices:
  
  • Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise architecture, with a focus on large-scale systems 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
