Job Description - Head of Enterprise GTM

The Opportunity

Lyrebird is building a category-defining healthcare product, and enterprise adoption is the lever that will take us to market leadership in Australia. As our Australian enterprise footprint grows in scale and complexity, we are creating a Head of Enterprise GTM (Australia) role to provide senior ownership of the enterprise motion across sales execution, customer lifecycle, and go-to-market discipline.

This role is accountable for how enterprise is won, rolled out, retained, and expanded in Australia, and for building the team, systems, and operating cadence that make enterprise growth predictable, durable, and scalable over time.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys operating close to complex enterprise deals while focusing primarily on direction-setting, deal governance, and organisational leverage, rather than acting as the primary deal owner.

    • Effective cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing

What you'll do

    • Provide Senior Ownership of the Enterprise Motion
    • Set direction and standards for how enterprise opportunities are pursued, governed, and won in Australia
    • Own enterprise GTM outcomes across new business, retention, and expansion
    • Establish clear accountability for deal quality, revenue durability, and long-term customer value
    • Maintain executive-level visibility into pipeline health, deal risk, and forecast accuracy

    • Lead Enterprise Deal Strategy and Governance
    • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high-risk enterprise opportunities
    • Guide deal strategy across clinical, technical, procurement, financial, and executive stakeholders
    • Ensure RFPs, tenders, and complex negotiations are approached with rigour and consistency
    • Support deal teams in navigating blockers and decision points without personally owning every deal

    • Own the Enterprise Customer Lifecycle
    • Own enterprise net revenue retention at a portfolio level
    • Ensure structured rollout, adoption, and account planning approaches are in place
    • Partner closely with Customer Success and Product to drive successful deployments and reference accounts
    • Establish proactive mechanisms to identify and mitigate churn or expansion risk early

    • Build and Scale the Enterprise GTM Function
    • Design and evolve the enterprise GTM operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and interfaces
    • Build enterprise sales playbooks, core assets, and decision frameworks
    • Establish disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and review cadences
    • Define and refine the Australian enterprise ICP as the business scales
    • Lead and Develop the Enterprise Team

    • Lead a growing enterprise GTM team, including senior individual contributors and managers
    • Coach leaders and sellers to improve deal quality, judgement, and execution
    • Run structured deal, pipeline, and account reviews
    • Represent enterprise GTM within the broader leadership team
