Our client is a supplier of storage, systems & warehousing products to SME through to Blue-chip organisations within the ANZ region. They have invested heavily in systems and state of the art technology which has seen them become a market leader in providing warehousing and stock keeping solutions around the country.

Role
This Marketing leadership position will see you play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Marketing strategy for the entire business. This role was previously conducted by a third-party provider of Marketing, but the time is right to bring this role in-house and become a part of the executive leadership team. Our client has already invested heavily in technology and systems (Hubspot being a major new addition) to drive lead generation as a marketing function and this role will require you to incorporate the recent implementations into your strategy and offer up a long-term plan to take this company to the next level. You will inherit a Marketing Coordinator and a Media support function, so previous leadership experience is a necessity.

This role requires a seasoned professional that is well-versed in all things Marketing and can come with ideas to innovate further and really take ownership of the entire function as a leader within the business.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Experience in leading high performing teams, coaching and mentoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build professional relationships
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools – Hubspot exp will be highly regarded
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
