About the role   

The Township is looking to bring on an energetic, creative and driven digital media specialist to join our growing team located in Brunswick. Reporting to our GM of Media, your day-to-day responsibilities are: 

• Plan approaches and pitches for new business through positive engagement with the broader Township Team; connecting and collaborating with our other experienced team members. 
• Identify new opportunities to use digital media to assist our clients in achieving their marketing objectives.
• Manage and assist in growing our team of marketing technologists, providing support and directing their professional development.
• Meticulously manage budgets and deadlines across the team.
• Work closely with our creatives and account management team to ensure campaigns are delivered, meet objectives and clients are well informed.

Skills and experience 

• Previous working experience in a digital marketing role achieving/exceeding campaign objectives  
• Proven experience communicating digital media requirements and how they relate to achieving set objectives   
• Ideally tertiary qualifications and/or certifications in IT or relevant qualifications/industry knowledge  
• Current driver’s license.
