Your new role
As Head of Operations, you will play a central role in how the business operates day to day, taking ownership of people, process and systems to drive performance.

• Own and lead the day to day operational function
• Operate in a hands on, office based leadership role
• Make real time decisions that keep the business moving
• Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and remove friction
• Support brokers and revenue teams as key internal stakeholders
• Drive speed, accountability and stronger operational discipline

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in operations leadership within financial services, lending or mortgage environments
• Proven ability to manage and improve day to day operational delivery in fast paced businesses
• Experience designing and refining processes, systems and workflows
• Hands on leadership style with a strong work ethic and execution mindset
• Confidence partnering with technology and data teams to drive efficiency
• Comfortable working in a predominant office-based environment
