To realise our vision we need a Head of Performance Marketing & SEO who will bring exceptional analytical skills, creativity, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities and a wealth of SEO experience to join our team.

What we’re looking for
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Craft and execute dynamic digital marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Oversee and optimise our digital marketing budget, ensuring we hit key KPIs like traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Design and execute innovative strategies to scale and optimise our paid channels, including search, paid social, display and video, and affiliates, for our furniture, homewares, renovations, and B2B business
- Foster strong relationships with digital marketing agencies to achieve business goals
- Lead and inspire a team of digital marketers
- Partner with category managers to set and achieve growth targets
What you bring to the table
- 10+ years of experience spearheading digital marketing for major brands
- A background in e-commerce is a plus
- Track record of managing large digital marketing budgets and in turn driving profitable growth
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies, including SEO
- Must have in-platform experience (Google is mandatory)
- Proven success in collaborating with external agencies
- Highly analytical with a focus on key metrics and ROI from digital marketing
- Expertise in managing substantial marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to developed insights and recommendations
