Apply now for Head of Point of Care ANZ, you will lead our Point of Care Sales and Applications team across Australia and New Zealand. This senior leadership position is critical to driving commercial success, building strategic partnerships, and delivering value to both customers and patients.

You will:

• Develop and execute the ANZ sales strategy for our Point of Care portfolio
• Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing sales and clinical applications team
• Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key business partners and customers
• Identify growth opportunities across the healthcare sector and develop targeted market plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Take ownership of revenue targets, pipeline management, and team performance
• Represent the voice of the customer and deliver solutions that make a difference in frontline healthcare

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare or medical diagnostics
• Strong commercial acumen and business operations capability
• Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams
• A results-driven approach with a focus on execution, accountability, and team culture
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with clinical or technical products, ideally in Point of Care or related health technologies
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, science, healthcare, or a related field
• Eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
