About the role

We are hiring Product Team Leader to drive the design, optimization, and growth of our core products. This role will lead a team of 3–5 Product Managers and take ownership of a specific product direction like Process Design & Optimization or User Growth & Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead Web and App product features, with a focus on optimizing key flows such as user onboarding, account & asset management, and campaign engagement; or improving overall product usability, experience, and appeal to increase usage and retention.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, including PRDs and user stories, and drive reviews, prioritization, and delivery.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance using data and user feedback, and continuously iterate and optimize product features.
• Support cross-regional teams (e.g. Shenzhen, Beijing, Sydney), understand regional differences and compliance requirements, and align product priorities across markets.
• Maintain clear product documentation and communication processes, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and execution capability.

• 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering consumer-facing (C-end) products.
• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably managing a product team of 3 or more.
• Solid understanding of financial products, such as stock trading or related services.
• English proficiency sufficient to be used as a working language is a strong plus.
