Deloitte Australia is creating a new Head of Purpose role, reporting to the Chief People and Purpose Officer, to bring together our core Purpose agendas – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Social Impact and Indigenous – under a single enterprise leader.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for inclusion, social impact and Indigenous outcomes, and a track record of leading change and delivering meaningful impact at scale.
What will your typical day look like?
This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate: to set a compelling firmwide strategy for Purpose and drive a step-change in the impact and outcomes we deliver. You will bring together currently separate programs into one integrated approach – moving from activity to measurable outcomes that shape how we operate, grow and show up for our people, clients and communities.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with the Executive, Business Units and Growth to embed Purpose into the decisions that matter most. This role requires both strategic clarity and strong execution – setting direction, aligning stakeholders and driving momentum across a broad portfolio.

It brings together Social Impact (including Responsible Business, the Reconciliation Action Plan and Deloitte Foundation), Deloitte Forest and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
