Job Description - Head of Sales


The Ladelle Group is a highly regarded Australian owned company that has been designing and creating quality homewares for over 40 years.  They aspire to create product for people who love to cook, dine, entertain and decorate with style.
Ladelle’s team of designers and product developers has kept the business at the forefront of consumer trends.  They collaborate closely with a broad range of retailers and remain a market leader across table top, cookware, glassware, textiles, giftware and home decor. Their products are known for their stylish aesthetic and functionality, making them a popular choice for both everyday use and special occasions.
 
Stocked in over 25 countries, the business operates across Australia, New Zealand and broader international markets and has huge scope for further growth.  As a result, they are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the strategy and team to deliver this growth across all customer channels and categories, in a complex and commercial role reporting directly to the Managing Director.
 
As the leader of the national accounts, independent sales reps and customer service teams, you will take charge of the plan to deliver all company financial and growth targets in a competitive and dynamic environment.  Leading the commercial strategy for growth, including current customer expansion and new customer acquisition, you will work collaboratively with the internal design and product teams to ensure all opportunities are maximised and result in on-going business success.  As a key leader within the business, you will play an integral role in the development, coaching and cultural aspects of the company as well as looking at continual improvement opportunities for efficiencies and operating excellence. 
 
To successfully secure this role it is essential that you have had experience in a consumer goods environment selling into national and speciality accounts with significant leadership capability and demonstrated success in enhancing business performance.  You will enjoy working in a team focused business that values a hands on and hard work approach that results in success through collaboration and partnership.
