Head of Sales - Australia. With bluechip clients across the finance, aviation, FMCG, automotive industries and more, this is an exciting opportunity to jump on board as they launch into their next phase of growth.

As the

Head of Sales - Australia, you'll be responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of sales strategies across existing clients and new portfolios. You will have prior experience in breaking open existing accounts to achieve expenditure growth with that client, worked with large Australian businesses and come with an existing network of connections that may be of value.

What do you do?

• Work closely with existing clients to maximise their expenditure on promotional marketing
• Work collaboratively with internal marketing teams to formulate ideas to present to clients
• Discuss opportunities to expand promotional marketing throughout different departments of an existing clients business
• Lead the Australian client development and sales teams
• Development and implementation of successful gotomarket strategies across our services in our various segments and channels
• Ongoing reporting of performance metrics. Track and share learnings from wins and losses
• Ensure appropriate and excellent use of tools and adherence to best practice by teams

What do you need?

• 510 years experience in Sales Management
• Previous experience with promotional marketing would be highly advantageous
• Prior demonstrated experience of 'cracking an account open' through servicing other business departments of that particular business
• Experience working with an possess an extensive network of well known, blue chip Australian businesses
• A demonstrated history of driving business growth we're looking for someone to take this agency from great to exceptional
