About the Role
The team are seeking an expert on tax issues and solutions for their clients. They are looking for someone who has the ability to also devise and execute the tax training education system for their employees.
Responsibilities - Taxation Structuring
- Indirect Taxation Advice
- Tax Planning & Optimisation
- General Taxation Advice
- Division 7A
- Tax Consolidation
- Due Diligence Assistance
- Mergers & Acquisitions Structuring & Tax Advice
- Trust Taxation
- International Taxation Structuring & Advice
- Employee Share Scheme
- Work With Advisors To Develop Their Tax Knowledge and Solutions as Identified in their Individual Development Plans.
- Devise & Educate the Tax Education Strategy At The Firm.
- Run Selective training on a quarterly basis.
Requirements for the role
- Australian permanent Residency or Citizenship
- CA/CPA Qualification
- 10+ Years Experience in Public Practice Accounting
- Experience Managing & Training Staff
- Strong presentation skills
