What will my day look like? 

You will be responsible for leading the dealing team ensuring all aspects of trading risk, liquidity relationships and price spread optimisation are being met along with following established processes and working with client queries on a daily basis.

Daily duties will include the following:

• Monitor and manage market risk, including FX, Commodities, Indices, Crypto and Equity CFDs
• Monitoring of price feeds and external pricing and liquidity relationships
• Devise daily trading and hedging strategies
• Daily administration of Trading platform settings across MT4 and MT5 
• Manage day to day market maintenance and dealing processes
• Identify and manage adverse client behavior
• Investigate and resolve internal and external trade queries

What skills and experience do I need?

You are a proactive and results driven person with strong commercial orientation and awareness. You are self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously whilst under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:      

• At least 5+ years in a similar role managing trading risk exposures and performing/creating/contributing towards financial risk modelling  
• Experience with trading software highly desirable  
• Exceptional people leadership skills, including driving change and developing a culture of success and how to measure this
• Strong leadership skills
