THE ROLE
• Showcase your superb pastry skills and your exceptional passion for pastry
• Provide high quality food and endeavour to deliver a unique experience to guests
• Celebrate local artisans through creative dessert and pastry offerings
• Oversee, motivate and support your dedicated Pastry team
• Oversee the ordering and control of stock levels of the Pastry station

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Extensive experience as a Pastry Head Chef in a similar setting
• Full knowledge of OH&S guidelines
• A can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
• Highly motivated, solutions-oriented individual
• Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
