The Venue

Modern Waterfront Italian trattoria & bar with breath-taking marina views, located in Newport, Queensland (30 min North Brisbane city).

This Italian 60 seat venue serves up a range of contemporary Italian snacks, pastas, and seafood, and most importantly pizzas made with dough fermented for 48 hours and cooked in the Marana Forni wood-fired oven.

The Role

We are looking for a talented pizzaiolo/pizza chef to be in charge of the pizza section at Sì Baby. You will be someone that loves everything pizza related, having good organisation skills and experience with high volume, as well as using a wood-fired pizza oven will be beneficial to your success. We can assist in sourcing accommodation for the right candidate.

Can you bring:

• 3+ years' experience working in a similar position.
• High volume pizza experience working with wood-fired ovens.
• Hand stretch doughs and good knife skills.
• Organised and attention to detail and happy working in a small team.
