We empower our small team to provide thoughtful, inspired, ‘above and beyond’ experiences, championing our unique take on contemporary Australian dining. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a career professional looking to grow and develop within the industry. Ideally, you’ll be someone who consistently strives to deliver warm, consistent, and memorable experiences while working alongside a talented and passionate team who share the same ideals.

Key Selection Criteria

• Previous experience in a FOH position within a venue of similar caliber
• WSET and/or CMS education preferred, but not compulsory
• Victorian RSA Certificate
• Bartending and cocktail knowledge is highly advantageous
• Drive to continuously learn personally and professionally
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Strong work ethic, time management, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about enhancing guest experiences through their knowledge of food, wine, and service
