The Role

This newly created Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner role is a true business partnering position, supporting a diverse NSW portfolio within a complex, evolving environment.

• Partner with leaders to drive a proactive safety, wellbeing, and injury management culture
• Lead WHS initiatives including audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Manage end-to-end workers compensation and return-to-work cases
• Coach and build capability across leaders on WHS and wellbeing practices
• Support integration of systems, policies, and processes post-merger
• Analyse data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights and reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across safety and wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practice frameworks

About you

You're a proactive and commercially-minded WHS professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You're confident working autonomously, while building strong relationships across all levels of a business.

• Proven experience across WHS and injury management (ideally in complex or regulated environments)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills - able to influence and coach leaders
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change
• Confident managing risk, investigations, and data-driven insights
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to organisational transformation
• Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
